Terms governing the use of eSource Financial.

July 2, 2026. These terms apply to use of the public site, waitlist, membership materials, signals, tools, copier access, and related services unless replaced or supplemented by written checkout or onboarding terms.

Acceptance

By using the site, joining the waitlist, requesting membership access, or using any member materials, you agree to these terms, the risk disclosure, the disclaimer, and any additional terms presented during onboarding or checkout.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and lawfully participate in any markets or services you choose to use. eSource Financial may deny, suspend, or terminate access where eligibility, availability, payment status, operational risk, or legal concerns require it.

Waitlist and membership access

Waitlist submission does not guarantee admission, timing, pricing, or availability. Membership access may depend on onboarding availability, account suitability, platform requirements, service availability, and completion of any required acknowledgments.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid memberships, where offered, are recurring subscriptions unless stated otherwise at checkout. Monthly plans renew monthly. Annual plans renew annually and reflect a prepaid annual access period. Current public plan pricing is shown on the pricing page and may be updated before purchase if clearly disclosed before signup.

Cancellation and renewal

Members may cancel renewal before the next billing date through the method provided during onboarding or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund the current paid period unless required by law, stated at checkout, or approved for a duplicate charge, billing error, or service failure.

Copier terms and profit share

Copier access, where activated, may require separate account authorization, risk settings, platform permissions, and a separate copier agreement. Any profit-share component applies only where expressly accepted during onboarding and must define calculation method, reporting period, losses, fees, withdrawals, and dispute handling.

No financial advice

Signals, tools, market commentary, examples, and copier workflows are informational and operational resources. They are not individualized investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own decisions, account settings, position sizing, leverage, risk controls, and platform usage.

Third-party platforms

Brokers, exchanges, charting platforms, payment processors, communication tools, and hosting providers are independent third parties. Mentioning a platform does not create an endorsement, affiliation, guarantee of compatibility, or responsibility for that platform's terms, fees, outages, restrictions, or order routing quality.

Intellectual property

All site content, branding, signal formats, tools, screenshots, educational materials, workflows, and member resources remain the property of eSource Financial or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, publish, scrape, reverse engineer, or redistribute member materials without written permission.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site or member materials for unlawful activity, credential sharing, unauthorized redistribution, market manipulation, deceptive claims, automated scraping, service interference, or activity that creates operational, security, legal, or reputational risk.

Performance and evidence materials

Any screenshots, examples, metrics, or historical references are provided for context only. They must not be treated as guarantees, individualized recommendations, or promises of future results. Performance information may be incomplete, affected by fees and execution conditions, and subject to limitations disclosed with the material.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eSource Financial is not liable for trading losses, missed trades, platform failures, data errors, indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits, or losses arising from your use of signals, tools, copier access, third-party platforms, or market activity.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the website, membership model, pricing, payment stack, platform support, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
