FAQ

Answers for traders considering membership.

The core questions are grouped by product, access, copier routing, platform review, evidence, billing, and risk.

Products and access

What eSource includes.

What is eSource Financial?

eSource Financial is a membership stack for market reads, Gold and Crypto signals, copier routing eligibility, and private TradingView tools.

What products are included?

The core ecosystem includes eSource Gold, eSource Crypto, eSource Copier, and eSource Tools. Futures and other market coverage remain secondary unless released through the same membership path.

How are signals delivered?

Signals are delivered with entry areas, targets, stops or invalidation, timing notes, risk context, and related execution information where applicable.

Why is there a waitlist?

The waitlist keeps access tied to setup quality, support availability, tier selection, and any platform requirements that apply before activation.

Membership tiers

How pricing and access work.

What are the current tiers?

CORE is $297/month or $2,970/year. SIGNAL is $597/month or $5,970/year. APEX is $997/month or $9,970/year.

What is included in each tier?

CORE includes Gold and Crypto. SIGNAL adds copier eligibility. APEX adds eSource Tools, priority setup, enhanced support, and the fastest access to tool updates.

Can members cancel?

Yes. Members can cancel future renewal before the next billing date through the support path provided during onboarding.

Does joining the waitlist guarantee access?

No. Waitlist submission does not guarantee membership, timing, pricing, platform support, copier activation, or acceptance.

Copier and platforms

What can be reviewed during onboarding.

How does copier access work?

Copier eligibility is included in SIGNAL and APEX. Actual activation depends on onboarding, platform fit, account setup, risk settings, and acceptance of copier-specific terms.

Does copier access include profit share?

Where copier access is activated, a 20% profit-share component may apply to net new copier profits under a separate copier agreement that defines calculation method, loss treatment, fees, and reporting.

Which platforms are considered?

Common environments may include TradingView, MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader, NinjaTrader, Tradovate, Interactive Brokers/TWS, TradeStation, Thinkorswim/Schwab, OANDA, FOREX.com, Coinbase Advanced, Kraken Pro, Binance.US, Bybit, and OKX.

Does mentioning a platform mean it is supported?

No. Platform mentions are compatibility-review examples, not guarantees, endorsements, affiliations, or promises of availability.

Evidence and risk

How to read screenshots, examples, and claims.

What evidence standard is used?

Evidence should identify the source, date or period, selection method, fees or slippage assumptions, whether results are gross or net, drawdown context, and limitations.

Are screenshots audited performance records?

No. Screenshots are evidence of workflow, setup, or tool behavior unless expressly labeled as audited performance with supporting methodology.

Can this replace my financial advisor?

No. Information here is general educational and operational content. It is not personalized financial, legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.

Where can I review legal documents?

Core legal and risk disclosures are posted in the Privacy, Terms, Cookie, Disclaimer, and Risk pages.
